About R&D Center
Changzhou Huawei Electronics Co., Ltd. R&D center was established in 2009, and was named "Changzhou New Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitor Engineering Technology Research Center" in the same year. It was upgraded to "Jiangsu New Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitor Engineering Technology Research Center" in 2010. It is a new-type capacitor component engineering technology research center with domestic advanced level and international advanced level.
The central area for scientific research, pilot production, and laboratory space covers a total of 4,500 square meters. It is equipped with six major laboratories: electrolyte laboratory, liquid capacitor laboratory, chip capacitor laboratory, conductive polymer capacitor laboratory, application laboratory, and pilot production laboratory. There are also four major centers: training center, research and development center, raw material testing center, and routine testing center. The enterprise applies ERP platforms and MES systems, and other information technology means to new product development, achieving scientific management online, and has been awarded the title of "Jiangsu Province Two-Integration Transformation and Upgrading Demonstration Enterprise".
The R&D center has a variety of experimental and testing equipment with a scale of more than 200 units, including full-automatic cold-weld rolling machine, full-automatic capacitor washing and drying machines, X-ray machines, program-controlled inverter power supplies, slip motors, magnetic powder motors, Intelligent high temperature aging cabinet, etc. There are currently more than 30 patents and dozens of high-tech products.
